It's been quite a journey we’ve had since Nov. 4, 2008. Filled with enough enthusiasm to knock over a cheerleader on speed, this country was high on Hope and Change. All hail king Obama! He is going to fix everything! The righter of wrongs! The antithesis to Bush! The purveyor of flat screens and mortgages!!! Am I being facetious? Of course. Were people sold on an empty suit and rhetoric? Why yes they were.
So where do we find all that hope and loose change now? Well we still have the hard left ideologues championing their boy, still hoping he will walk on water, while the people that were on the fence are having a serious case of buyer’s remorse. It seems this country has had a collective awakening from their Obama juice-induced stupor. The trendy Hope and Change slogan, has been replaced with the sobering reality of a corrupt president who not only expanded on the bad Bush policies (which everyone seemed to moan about before, but not a peep now), but has also decided to bankrupt an already fledgling nation with enough red tape to cover the whole continental US twice over.
So where are we now? Trillions already spent in the stimulus plans that predictably proved ineffectual at actually stimulating the economy, a proposal for cap and trade which will triple energy costs for the American people, a healthcare bill that will discriminate against the elderly and force us all to be subjected to Canadian style healthcare (let’s hear it Canadians, do you enjoy super-gluing a tooth back in place? Yea didn’t think so), and a non-money back guarantee from “I forgot to pay my taxes” Geithner on taxes for the middle class. Wait what was that last part? Wait a minute , Mr Obama specifically said he wasn’t going to raise taxes on the middle class!!! Well kiddies when you plan on wiping the behinds of an entire country, where do you think that money comes from, the rich people tree? Heck no, it comes from every hard working American who has the audacity to try to earn a living for themselves, ain’t socialism grand?
Which leads us to the fighting mad part- are Americans taking this depredation of lady liberty lying down? That would be an empathic- HECK NO. Just ask Kathleen Sebelius and Tim Bishop, who got the humbling experience of participating in an actual democratic republic, town hall meeting-- you know that kind where the voters have a say in how their elected officials vote on their behalf. Predictably the democrats acted with characteristic arrogance and basically dismissed the pleas of their constituents (not so smart guys, you may push your governmentally obese plans through, but come '10 I think you will be fighting for speaking engagements at Community Colleges across the nation). In addition to the town hall mob scenes (which predictably are being called teabagging right-wing zealotry, really your loser face is showing >> the "left" ) an underground anarchist movement depicting Obama as the joker is becoming more mainstream by the minute. These gestures of defiance are only a backdrop to the ever-sagging approval ratings of both the president and his epic failure of a healthcare plan (see CNN report card ). So dems you may think you are going to win the next few battles with your oligarchy of thugs, but we are in fact winning the war--- You are tanking so badly, you are digging a hole for your party not even a new JFK would be able to rescue you from in 30 years. Here’s to '10 and '12 guys, the waters may be rough, but the destination will be grand.

I read online about a pair of shoes called vibram five fingers. They are different from others, they have five fingers. The vibram fivefingers classic is the original five fingers shoes concept. They make our feet be closer to natural.
Five Finger Shoes
The marketed primary use for the Five Finger Shoes Trek is for off-road trail running. The tougher sole will suit many other uses where a thicker more protective sole is preferred. The fit is extremely snug. The forefoot is well protected against sharp objects while still providing decent ground-feel. It is very likely that many that use FiveFingers products for sports of any kind may find the extra protection preferable to the regular thin-soled Five Fingers Shoes. Due to the new sole design and the more water resistant leather upper, the Treks are better suited for wet weather conditions than any other FiveFingers model. Although many of the FiveFingers products are used as “water shoes” the Treks design may not be as well-suited for in-water use.
